Xiaomi is set to officially present new members in its 'T' smartphone series soon. Currently, the company is expected to directly replace the Xiaomi 13T and Xiaomi 13T Pro (curr. $594.99 on Amazon), which both landed almost a year ago. Please note that Xiaomi has not yet confirmed when it unveil Xiaomi 13T series successors.
Nonetheless, recent leaks suggest that the Xiaomi 14T and Xiaomi 14T Pro are only a few days from debuting globally. For reference, it seems as though the pair will arrive for roughly as much in Europe as their predecessors, full details of which we have covered separately. While leaker @billbil_kun shared plenty of information about the Xiaomi 14T series at the end of last month, they did not reveal what either model looked like.
Passionategeekzhas now filled in the gaps for the more expensive Xiaomi 14T Pro, which is expected to launch later this month for €899 with 12 GB of RAM and 512 GB of storage. Until now, the device was anticipated to feature the same design as the Redmi K70 Extreme Edition on which it is based. However, the render image thatPassionategeekzhas published suggests otherwise.
Specifically, the Xiaomi 14T Pro has a different camera housing and circular lens covers rather than the squircle equivalents found on the Redmi K70 Extreme Edition. Added to that, the former includes Leica branding, which the latter misses out on. For context, the Xiaomi 14T Pro is tipped to combine MediaTek's Dimensity 9300 Plus chipset with a 144 Hz OLED display, a 50 MP primary camera and a 5,500 mAh battery that supports 120 W wired charging, among other features.
