RedMagic confirms 144Hz display for upcoming Gaming Tablet 2

The upcoming second-genRedMagic tablet'smetallic, yet ventilated andfan-cooled, chassis will indeed have a surprisinglysmallscreen: one of10.9 inches in diagonal length, in fact, according to the widely-regarded leakerDigital Chat Station.
The device'sAnTuTu-bustingSnapdragon 8 Gen 3 Leading Version platform will drive a refresh rate of 144Hz for this 2.8K (2880 x 1800) display, which will be kept on with a potentially impressive 10,100mAh battery.
The 16:10 tablet is, moreover, rated to charge at up to 120W: speeds more often found in high-performance Android smartphones. The device'sofficial teasers have confirmed these specs - with the exception of the screen size and active coolingthus far.
Those details now have about 2 days from today (September 3, 2024) before being confirmed or denied duringRedMagic's next tablet launch event. In the meantime, the brand has also made tantalizing reference to support for glasses-free 3D content and evencontent creation on the upcoming high-end Android slate.
