If you want to shorten the time until your summer vacation with a few fresh games, Sony's "Mid-Year Deals" are a good opportunity to make a bargain or two. The promotion runs until June 4 in the PlayStation Store and offers discounts of up to 80 percent.

To coincide with the current European Football Championship in Germany, Sony is offering a 60 percent discount on the Ultimate Edition of EA Sports FC 24 which, in addition to the main game, also comes with 4,600 FIFA Points or weekly TOTW (Team of the Week) for 10 weeks. This means that the Ultimate Edition is available for $40 instead of $100.

The PlayStation sale also has a few treats in store for RPG fans. For example, GTA V with a 67 percent discount for just under $20 instead of $60. The game Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora, which was only released in December 2023 is available in the Gold Edition, which includes additional content such as exclusive missions and skins, at a 50 percent discount, making it available for $55 instead of $110.
