Nubia is preparing to launch more gaming-focused devices tomorrow, having mainly focused on gaming smartphones like the RedMagic 9S Pro (curr. $849 on Amazon) under its RedMagic until now. For context, the company has been showcasing various aspects of its forthcoming tablets in the last few days, details of which we have covered separately.
Incidentally, it remains to be seen under what name these tablets will be available. While Nubia has confirmed that it plans to offer two sizes, it has only shown one size in a new set of photos. Consequently, it appears that Nubia intends to sell at least one size in black and silver finishes that both feature affectations that imitate a transparent design.
On top of that, Nubia will equip both variants with Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 3 Leading Version chipsets. For reference, the Leading Version is effectively the same chipset that Samsung already sells as the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 for Galaxy in the Galaxy Z Fold6, Galaxy Z Flip6 and the Galaxy S24 series. Nubia will fully unveil its new Gaming Pad tablets tomorrow, which are slated to arrive as the Gaming Pad 2 or Gaming Pad Pro.
