Microsoft has recently unveiled three new variants of the Xbox Series console, offering gamers more storage and design options to choose from.
The first new model is the Xbox Series X 2TB "Galaxy Black" special edition, which features a sleek black finish and a physical disc drive. This high-capacity version will retail for $599.99.
Additionally, Microsoft is introducing an Xbox Series X 1TB model in a "Robot White" finish. This disc-less console will be available for $449.99.
Rounding out the new lineup is a 1TB Xbox Series S in "Robot White", priced at $349.99. This more affordable next-gen option from Microsoft forgoes the disc drive but provides ample storage space.
According to the announcement, all three new Xbox variants will be available for pre-order starting today, August 21, 2024, with a global release scheduled for October 15. Certain regions may see a slightly later launch on October 29.
The introduction of these expanded storage options and color variants aims to provide consumers with more flexibility in choosing the Xbox Series X or S model that best suits their gaming needs and preferences.
