On August 27, 2024, 3goo announced on Nintendo's information program "Nintendo Direct Software Maker Lineup + Indie World 2024.8.27" that it will release the new Nintendo Switch software "Star Overdrive" in 2025.

In this game, you explore various areas (or perhaps multiple planets) on a hoverboard, and the released video shows you moving at high speed through grasslands and desert areas, and sometimes getting off the board and fighting. You can also check out scenes like this. There are some interesting actions, such as hitting enemies with each other using some kind of energy, so check out the video.
