The MagicBook Pro 16 has finally received a global launch, nearly four months on from its MWC 2024 showcase in Barcelona. Since then, Honor released the laptop in China for CNY 6,199 (~$856) with an Intel Core Ultra 5 125H processor, 16 GB of RAM, and 1 TB of storage. In short, Honor is only bringing one configuration to Europe, which launched for CNY 6,499 (~$897).
Specifically, the MagicBook Pro 16 has reached Europe with a Core Ultra 5 125H processor, 24 GB of RAM and 1 TB of storage but for €1,299.99 (~$1,407). Please note that while this configuration features non-binary LPDDR5X RAM, it still operates in dual-channel mode at 6,400 MT/s. Moreover, the MagicBook Pro 16 continues to contain a 16-inch IPS display with a 3,072 x 1,920-pixel resolution and a 165 Hz refresh rate.
On top of that, Honor equips the MagicBook Pro 16 with a 75 Wh battery that should take approximately 70 minutes to reach 100% charge. However, Honor fails to mention the laptop's optionalNVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 GPUfor its global release. As such, we imagine that the MagicBook Pro 16 skips discrete graphics altogether outside China, leaving the integratedArc 7-core iGPUto handle all graphics tasks.
Currently, Honor has only confirmed availability in France, adding that the laptop's 'price might vary in different markets' and that we should 'stay tuned for more local details'. Unfortunately, it is unclear when the company will provide more details on this effect. Please seeHonor's product listingfor more hardware details.
