Fish Breeding Guide for Two Point Museum

Two Point Museum: A guide to easy fish breeding – designed for people who just want to hatch fish, make money, and don’t want to be teased by sharks.

In this game, you need to breed a large number of fish in the museum and sell it for profit, which is like running an aquarium, but the fish need to pay rent.

Target: Sell a large number of fish

Only fish that are bred in your egg cup count to your score. You need:

  • Bronze Award: $50,000
  • Silver Award: $75,000
  • Golden Award: $100,000

Fish will be automatically sold on the 1st of each month, but the game ends on December 28th, so you need to sell the December fish manually before the game ends.

Getting Started Guide

  • Hir marine experts, cleaners and assistants.
  • One or two security guards can help collect donations faster (they are more than just furnishings).
  • Build a small training room that provides experts with useful skills such as flying wings (which aids in fish adventures).
  • You only have one clown fish pair in the tank you start. Send experts early to find flying and floating fish.
  • Try putting two pairs of breeding fish in each tank to speed up the breeding speed. If you get more fish, build another tank – don’t stuff all the fish into one tank.

Pro tip: Side Quest = Free Fish

]

Complete side quests to gain larger fish, such as goldfish, without the need to conduct dangerous expeditions. These fish are perfect for sale or show off.

Best breeding strategy

  • Small fish breed faster. Quantity is better than quality.
  • Build large tanks and mix easy-to-breed fish such as clownfish, flying fish and floating fish.
  • Add goldfish after unlocking – they breed for a long time but sell for a higher price.
  • When you get seahorses and water dragons, they are reliable intermediate fish.

By autumn you should have 3 tanks that keep breeding and maybe a 4th tank for large fish (see below).

Should sharks and sea turtles be bred?

  • You may receive a bull shark, hermit turtle, or lionhead as a reward.
  • Build a large water tank for them. That's all.
  • These fish rarely breed, but if they breed - jingdang! Large income!
  • Use this tank primarily to attract visitors and donate to fund your main tank.

Summarize

Breed fast-breeding fish and sell them faster. Use large fish tanks as a reward, not your main plan. If all the other methods fail, just keep hatching the clownfish, just like your museum depends on it – because it really relies on it a little bit.
