What has changed is the processor. For the 2024 model, there's an Exynos 1280 powering it, which replaces the Snapdragon 732G/Snapdragon 720G in the 2022 model.

While the processor inside is not a beast and isn't great for gaming as stated in our review, it will handle day-to-day tasks such as editing documents, reading, streaming, and drawing. It also comes with a stylus in the box unlike the Redmi Pad Pro.

The 128GB version of the tablet is also discounted from $399.99 to $272.99 but the 64GB is the better deal. Rather than paying an extra $63 for double storage, you can pick up a 256GB Samsung EVO Select microSD card for just $25. That way you get even more storage while spending less.
