Anker is reportedly working on a new MagGo portable power bank featuring magnetic wireless charging. An image from PK89.netand shared on Reddit(below) is said to show the upcoming model with number A1684.
It is believed that the new Anker power will have a 10,000mAh capacity with two USB-C ports, each with a maximum output of 30W. However, rumors suggest that the device will not feature Qi2, so an iPhone is expected to wirelessly charge via the magnetic pad at the front of the device at 7.5W. Other features of the accessory appear to be an integrated kickstand at the rear with a digital display above it to show the remaining battery level. Further details, such as recharging information and power distribution when both ports are in use, have yet to be revealed.
It has been suggested that the model measures 10.3 x 6.9 x 2.1 cm (~4.1 x 2.7 x 0.8 inches) and weighs 272 g (~0.6 lbs). That would make it similar in size to the Qi2-certified Anker MagGo Power Bank (10K) launched earlier this year for $89.99. When the new Anker MagGo Power Bank 10K will arrive, in which countries and at what price remains to be seen.
