Today (August 22, 2024), Genki released the Steam store page for "Shutokou Battle" , the first new game in the "Shutokou Battle" series in 18 years. Delivery is scheduled for sometime in 2025.

Shutoko Battle is a racing game series
whose first game was released on the Super Famicom in 1994. From 1994 to 2006, 13 titles were released for consumer consoles and PCs, and ``Shutoko Battle 01'', released in 2003 on PlayStation 2, became the series' biggest hit. ``I only follow the rules to win'' is the catchphrase, and on the highways that weave through the city, players compete for the fastest in their custom cars and aim for the top in a battle.

An official X account was also opened at the same time as the store page was released. It seems that future updates will be announced mainly through Official X, so please look forward to it.

Steam “Shutokou Battle” logo Genki Co., Ltd. has released the store page for the Steam version of "Shutoko Battle" (overseas title "Tokyo Xtreme Racer"). This is Genki's first racing game title for consoles in about 18 years since Shutoko Battle X (Xbox 360: released on July 27, 2006).
The latest information will be announced mainly through "Shutokou Battle Official X".
