MSI has released the latest version of the Prestige 13 AI Evo, which it distinguishes from its Meteor Lake predecessor with the root model number 'A2VMG'. Announced a few days ago during IFA 2024 in Berlin, the new Prestige 13 AI Evo was actually first seen late last month in a public certification database entry.
Now, MSI has started selling the laptop, albeit only in the US for the moment as far as we can tell. Additionally, the company is not offering the Prestige 13 AI Evo A2VMG in all the SKUs described in its recent press release. While the latter suggests that the laptop will be available with an Intel Core Ultra 9 Processor 288V, only the lesser Core Ultra 7 Processor 258V is orderable at the time of publication.
Moreover, MSI is offering the new Prestige 13 AI Evo with 32 GB of LPDDR5x-8533 RAM, a 1 TB SSD and a 75 Wh battery. On top of that, the laptop features a 13.3-inch OLED display that boasts a 2.8K resolution and a 16:10 aspect ratio, all within a 299 x 210 x 16.9 mm and 990g housing. Currently, MSI is charging $1,399.99 for its Intel Lunar Lake refresh, which can be picked up through Amazon or MSI's webshop.
