My accounts has been Hacked (compromised)

Recently I faced the issues where I saw that my every account (LinkedIn, instgram, Twitter, reddit, discord) has been compromised. And someone(hacker) has sent very lame and useless message pretending to be me. They were disgusting messages.
I don't know allow to react, I activated the 2FA on each platform now.
I am afraid that hacker have done so wrong that people might think of me as a bad guy .
